1. No Return Policy

As Ticket Rakhi offers digital lottery ticket booking services, all confirmed ticket purchases are non-returnable. Once a ticket has been successfully issued, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may only be considered in the following situations:

  • Your payment was successfully completed, but the ticket was not issued due to a verified technical error.
  • You were charged more than once for the same booking because of a system or payment gateway issue.
  • A transaction failed, but the payment was deducted from your account.

All refund requests are subject to verification by our support team.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Successfully issued lottery tickets.
  • Incorrect information entered by the customer during booking.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to check ticket details before confirming the order.
  • Any request made after the official draw has taken place.

4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Payment Issues

If your payment is deducted but you do not receive your booking confirmation, please contact our support team within 48 hours and provide:

  • Transaction ID
  • Date & Time of Payment
  • Registered Mobile Number or Email Address

Our team will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
