Welcome to Ticket Rakhi. This Shipping Policy explains how tickets are delivered after a successful purchase.


1. Digital Delivery Only

Ticket Rakhi provides digital lottery ticket booking services. No physical tickets or products are shipped to customers.

All tickets are delivered electronically after successful payment confirmation.


2. Ticket Delivery

Once your payment is successfully processed:

  • Your booking will be confirmed.
  • Your digital ticket will be delivered to the email address and/or mobile number provided during checkout.
  • Delivery is usually completed within 5–30 minutes.

In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to technical maintenance, payment verification, or high booking volume.


3. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Mobile Number

Ticket Rakhi is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


4. Payment Verification

Some transactions may require additional verification for security purposes.

If verification is required, ticket delivery may be delayed until the payment has been successfully confirmed.


5. Failed Delivery

If you do not receive your ticket within 60 minutes after successful payment, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Order Number
  • Transaction ID
  • Registered Email Address
  • Registered Mobile Number

Our team will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


6. No Physical Shipping

Ticket Rakhi does not deliver physical lottery tickets by courier, postal mail, or any other shipping service.

All purchases are fulfilled digitally.


7. Order Status

Customers can check the status of their booking through their registered email or by contacting our customer support team.
